Jacob Manning
Hearing Instrument Specialist
Jacob graduated from Lafayette High School in 2003 and was a member of the 2001 State Championship Basketball team. After graduating from Lafayette, Jacob attended his first year of college at Lexington Community College. Wanting to try something new, Jacob transferred to Kentucky Christian University in Grayson, Kentucky where he studied for two semesters before transferring home to study business at the Bluegrass Community and Technical College.
Jacob currently resides in Nicholasville, Kentucky, where he purchased his first home last year. After growing up in Lexington, he is enjoying the small town atmosphere that Nicholasville provides. Jacob also sings in a community choir in Lexington, a passion that he developed during his high school career. He enjoys hanging out with friends at the lake, riding motorcycles and playing at the family farm riding 4 wheelers and hunting.
Jacob joined our practice in 2006. He completed his internship and is now a fully licensed Hearing Instruments Specialist and regularly attends state and national training seminars to keep abreast of the advancements in digital and implantable hearing aids and assistive devices. Jacob specializes in the selection, fitting, orientation and follow-up care for patients in the Lexington office.

Emma Lackey
Hearing Instrument Specialist
Emma graduated from Prestonsburg High School in 1981. While in High School, she was actively involved with the drama team and the school newspaper. Since that time, she has been actively employed in the medical profession. She began in the billing department of a large medical practice in Prestonsburg, Ky., and gradually became more actively involved in patient care. She worked for 8 years for an Optometrist in Prestonsburg during which time she had patient contact on a daily business. She developed an acute appreciation for patient needs and concerns. Emma has been with Audiology Associates since 2003. She has completed her internship and is now a licensed Hearing Instruments Specialist. Emma regularly attends state and national training seminars to keep abreast of the latest technologies and strategies to maximize patient care.
Emma and her husband Tommy have been married since 1984. They reside in Prestonsburg with their three children, Michelle, Michael and Kate.
Emma is available to see patients in the Prestonsburg office 5 days per week.

Amy Manning Anderson
Amy joined the Lexington practice in 2008. She holds a bachelors degree in business management from the University of Kentucky. She then completed a masters degree in social work also from UK. She served as business administrator for the Florence Crittenton Home which is a residential treatment facility for teenage mothers for three years. She also enjoyed her work in the court system as a domestic violence victim's advocate for the Fayette County Attorney's Office. Amy and her husband Joe-Mike Anderson were married in 2001 and have two children, Grace and Caleb. She currently works in the clinic as Business Manager and Bookkeeper. She is responsible for insurance billing, payroll and human resources.

Freda Whitaker
Freda Whitaker grew up in Woodford County, KY. She attended Woodford County High School in Versailles. She has been married to her husband Dennis since 1977. They have three children and three grand children. While raising a family, Freda operated a successful childcare facility in her home for many years. She began working for the Lexington practice in 1998 as receptionist and front office staff. Over the years, Freda has worn various hats but is currently the Patient Care Coordinator in the Lexington office. She has completed three Audigy national certificates of training for patient management and office procedures and policies. Her strong people skills make her a favorite with the patients. During the summer, you can find her and her husband at the lake enjoying the sunshine on their boat or riding their Harley Davidson motorcycle.

Jill Manning Anacleto
Jill joined our practice in 2010 as the Office Manager in Lexington. She holds a bachelors degree from the University of Kentucky in Foreign Languages and International Economics. She comes to us from Asbury Theological Seminary in Wilmore, Kentucky where she was working towards her master's degree in Intercultural Studies. At the seminary she worked as the Administrative Assistant and Secretary in the Physical Plant where she assisted in the daily management of the seminary facilities. Jill's overseas mission work has taken her to Kenya, India, Jamaica, and the Dominican Republic. Jill and her husband Saul were married in 2008 and are very involved in their church, Fuente de Avivamiento, a growing Hispanic church in downtown Lexington. Jill serves as the church's Director of Administration and her husband is the Executive Pastor. Jill enjoys traveling in the US as well as overseas; her favorite vacation spot is visiting the in-laws in Mexico. Jill and Saul look forward to welcoming their first child, Samuel David, in December. Jill oversees the finances for both offices and manages the daily operations of the Lexington location.
